Ms. Anita Kaye-Essien

Currently, Ms. Anita Kaye-Essien serves as the Co-Chairwoman and Administrative Managing Partner of Side Equity Group and its operational subsidiary, Side Equity Ventures LLC-Fz, a Middle East–focused advisory subsidiary of the parent fund in Singapore, and has also been the Operations Director for Side Equity Globally since February 2016. Prior to joining the company, she founded XPAT Consult in 2015, where she served as Managing Director and CEO. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Additionally, she has attended and participated in numerous international conferences within her field of expertise, as well as in finance and investment portfolio management.

Ms. Kaye-Essien served as Human Resource Director at OS Petro Ghana Limited and, after successfully leading the growth of the subsidiary, was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of OS Petro Inc., a Nevada-based corporation and parent company of the Ghana subsidiary. Prior to joining OS Petro, she had already established a distinguished career as a corporate executive, working as Marketing Manager at Grafitec Limited and holding various roles at Bank of Africa (formerly Amalgamated Bank), where she gained extensive experience in business development, relationship management, customer service, and public sector development. Her broad expertise and strategic contributions have played a significant role in strengthening Side Equity’s growth and advancing the success of its investment management team.
