Currently, Mrs. Anita Andam is the Operations Director for SEV Global and has been in this position since February 2016. Before joining the company, she was the Managing director AND CEO of XPAT CONSULT. 

Mrs. Anita Andam holds an MBA in Project Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.  She also holds a BSc in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has also attended and participated in many international conferences.

Mrs. Andam worked also worked as a human resource director for ospetro Ghana limited. She has worked with Grafitec Limited as a marketing manager and Bank of Africa (formerly Amalgamated Bank) in varied fields ranging from business development, relationship management, customer service and public sector development.

Brandon brings to the Side Equity team over 20 years of sales, management, and entrepreneurial experience. As a true solution finder Brandon believes that all things are possible with the right team.   Brandon has helped lead companies to massive success, including 40 million dollars in first year sales. As a real estate and e-Commerce professional Brandon has spoken to and trained over a half a million people with in the last 10 years.

Noah is a Technology Professional with extensive experience in Software Development and User Experience Design. With a background from Microsoft, Amazon, Nordstrom and the startup world, Noah has deep expertise in E-commerce, Cloud Computing, Enterprise applications and Mobile Applications.

Adelaide Frimpomaa

Ms. Adelaide Abena Frimpomaa is a solutions oriented and multi talented young woman. She has years of experience in idea development, business development, marketing and community management. Ms Frimpomaa also has great events and project management skills. She has worked in the field of technology, banking and the informal sector. She is currently the Marketing  & Sales Manager of Sleek Media Group. She is philanthropic and the Founder of Street &  Homeless Shelter Foundation where she helps underprivileged women and children on the streets.  She had her Bachelor of Law(LL.B) Degree at Kwame Nkrumah University and is currently pursuing her professional Law studies at the Ghana School of Law. She believes in contributing to a world of equal opportunities and helping the littlest way she can.

Richard Hamblin

Educated at Brigham Young University in finance and construction, and a born leader that has always valued honesty and integrity, Richard has set his focus on a creative vision and a passion to see Africa become a beacon of greatness in the world. 30 years’ experience in construction and architecture and managing and running his own companies in California and Utah in the United States of America, Mr. Hamblin joins the Side Equity team with a core focus on the development of the companies natural resources portfolio. His compassion for helping the mining sectors of countries within the African continent to improve their practices and protect the environment in the process of extracting the precious metals they need led to his initial visit to the continent that he now calls home. 

Having spent the past 11 years in Africa developing business relationships, understand mining in both diamonds and gold, Richard has become an integral part of Africa’s emerging markets with a vision driven by his compassion to help elevate the standard of living of the citizens of the various countries he has invested his time and resources in. Ghana and its endowed resources had provided Mr. Hamblin with the residency required to lead a new evolution of best mining practices to help rescue the damages caused to the many river bodies within the country from illegal mining. Mr. Hamblin and his team at Side Equity have taken on the task of developing a needed social responsibility and educational drive to teach and assist the people within the mining sectors of Ghana new methods and technological implementations that improves production yields for the minerals they mine but also protects the environment from being damaged through land reclamation strategies that they have developed.

The main aim of Mr. Hamblins  ambitious journey across Africa spanning from the cities within Angola, the diamond trade sector in South Africa and Sierra Leone, and the beautiful infrastructure development sector in Botswana, and the mining sector in Namibia and Ghana is coming to fruition. Richard holds up his vision to bring a greater awareness of Africa and especially Ghana to the rest of the world through his work at Side Equity and his portfolio company that he manages called Anrico Enterprise LTD.

Media & Financial Analysis Principal

Bright Onipayede

Mr. Bright Onipayede has his University Education at the University of Ghana Business school where he read Bsc Administration (Accounting). He has Ghana Stock Exchange certification and is currently enrolled on professional bodies like CGIA and CFA.

Bright worked as the Financial Officer for Sleek Media Group and organized the companies accounting and capital needs for its growth in the new media sector in Ghana. Mr. Onipayede has also been instrumental in the development of the financial model for the development and marketing of WorldVuer’s sleek media player initiative with Sleek Media Group. After working with Sleek Media, Bright helped develop the financial modeling of Ghanato’s Italian fctory development initiative. Bright is currently CEO of Brex Forex and has been an instrumental development agent for the Ghana forex markets development initiative.

He has had massive working experience in the field of accounting and finance and had worked with various organizations including the National Petroleum Authority. He is a Financial trader and a currency trading expert and analyst. His expertise brings great internal value to Side Equity’s principals focused growth and financial modeling for all our portfolio companies.

Isaac Wellington Botwey

Isaac Wellington Botwey is a self-inspired, objective and analytical person who is also very insightful and committed to projects at hand, with a purposeful goal of achieving his assigned objectives through teamwork, active participation, and making resourceful contributions in all activities.

Mr. Wellington is excellent in human relations and has great skills in conducting research and data analyses. A graduate with honors from university of Ghana in Psychology with English, Isaac worked under PHSYCH CORP (Psychology Department, University of Ghana) with a Community Psychiatry officer on diverse projects within communities, and worked with ENACTUS on a project, “Hope for the Future” and other important projects to improve the living standards of people in Ghana.

He was hired to assist a select team of young graduates in the development of a new media subsidiary of Sleek Media, Inc. called Sleek Media Group in Ghana. After working within the analytics division of the media company, Mr. Wellington was assigned the task of engaging developers hired by Sleek Media’s partner company WorldVuer Inc. on its flagship projects or its Media Set top box called the WorldVuer Sleek Media Player. Isaac after excelling in his role and impressing the executive team at WorldVuer helped define integrated applications that will run on the Set top box for consumer entertainment. He was also tasked with managing the development of the Afriva.com portal, LEXAP project, and XCINI help services platform.

Isaac is driven, ambitious, and trust worthy with any assignments that is put in charge of and is a strong member of the operating core of Side Equity.

Kweku Amo-Mensah (Francis) is a thought leader, an entrepreneur and a leader by nature. He is the founder and CEO of NTETSIA; An organization which is founded with the sole vision of eliminating unemployment and its associated risk from the world to foster development and peace for humanity. He is the chairman and founder of the BLUENG CONSULT LTD; an entrepreneurial firm in West Africa-Ghana; formerly E5 Bro Gh Ltd, that seeks to develop innovative ideas and concepts to create sustainable jobs through creativity, professionalism and innovation.

He is also a founding member of the PROFESSIONAL LEADERS AND ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION OF AFRICA which is captioned P.L.E.A-AFRICA; an association with the purpose of: training, grooming and sustaining current and future entrepreneur and transformational leaders in Africa. Prior to this, he has gathered over seven years teaching experience across all of level education up to the university in Ghana.  Kweku is the CEO and co-founder of Big Dreams Properties Ghana Limited; a real estate company which deals in sale and acquisition of genuine lands, buildings and general small-scale construction.

He was an investment banker from Databank; a top-class investment bank in Ghana. He was providing investment advice to clients and managing high net worth clients for the company. Kweku managed over Ghs6,000,000 worth of investments for clients and put a smile on the faces of many.

Recently Kweku was a branch manager for Atlantic Catering and Logistics Ltd, an ISO Certified Catering company specialized in providing nutritious and hygienically prepared meals for ENI, Saipem, WAPCO, and Ghana National Gas Company on the Takoradi-Tema Interconnectivity Project for the government of Ghana; a project which was funded by the World Bank.
