Anita Andam

Currently, Mrs. Anita Andam is the Operations Director for SEV Global and has been in this position since February 2016. Before joining the company, she was the Managing director AND CEO of XPAT CONSULT a consultancy firm she founded in 2015. 

Mrs. Anita Andam holds an MBA in Project Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.  She also holds a BSc in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has also attended and participated in many international conferences within her field of expertise and also in finance and investment portfolio management.

Mrs. Andam worked as a human resource director for OS Petro Ghana limited, and after leading the growth sector of the subsidiary, she was promoted to the executive position of Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Andam before joining OS Petro worked with Grafitec Limited as a marketing manager and Bank of Africa (formerly Amalgamated Bank) in varied fields ranging from business development, relationship management, customer service and public sector development. Her experience and valuable contribution to the growth of Side Equity has been major to the fund’s investment management team’s success.

Noé Ramos

Mr. Ramos brings to the Side Equity team over 20 years of sales, management, and entrepreneurial experience. Born in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) to Portuguese parents and building himself into a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Mr. Ramos leads our Commodity trading division with a focused drive on turning our portfolio company Anrico Enterprises into a global competition.  His entrepreneurial journey spans various industries, from perfume franchises to cutting-edge tech ventures like NoviApp Mobile Apps Ltd, where he drives innovation and market disruption. In addition to his role as FOUNDER – CEO at NoviApp, Noé serves as a Social Advisor at Oicintra Water and Power, a subsidiary of Oicintra Inc., driving societal change through strategic insights and philanthropy.

His expertise extends to commodities trading, where he holds a senior partnership position at Anrico Enterprise Brazil, navigating global markets with finesse. Beyond business, Noé is dedicated to social impact, championing. programs for community upliftment. His influence extends into government circles, facilitating partnerships for mutual growth. Fluent in four languages, his global perspective and integrity cement his status as a respected leader in the international business community.

Information Security Director

Kobe Andam

Mr. Kobe Andam is a solution oriented and multi-talented corporate executive who has been part of the Side Equity journey since the inception of the company. He has been tasked with leading the funds retail drive. Kobe has years of experience in idea development, business development, marketing, and community management. Kobe also has great real estate background as a licensed realtor with successful closing of property portfolios in the United States and Africa. He is also a certified information security auditor, a certified information security manager, and a security + assurance expert. Kobe has worked in the field of technology at WorldVuer Inc., in the real estate sector as an agent at RealtyPath South Valley, and as a sports management executive at Prolific Sports. Kobe graduated from Brigham Young University and hold certifications in cyber security.  He believes in contributing to a world of equal opportunities and helping make a difference in the lifestyles of families across the world.

Natural Resource Principal

Richard Hamblin

Educated at Brigham Young University in finance and construction, and a born leader that has always valued honesty and integrity, Richard has set his focus on a creative vision and a passion to see Africa become a beacon of greatness in the world. 30 years’ experience in construction and architecture and managing and running his own companies in California and Utah in the United States of America, Mr. Hamblin joins the Side Equity team with a core focus on the development of the companies natural resources portfolio. His compassion for helping the mining sectors of countries within the African continent to improve their practices and protect the environment in the process of extracting the precious metals they need led to his initial visit to the continent that he now calls home. 

Having spent the past 11 years in Africa developing business relationships, understand mining in both diamonds and gold, Richard has become an integral part of Africa’s emerging markets with a vision driven by his compassion to help elevate the standard of living of the citizens of the various countries he has invested his time and resources in. Ghana and its endowed resources had provided Mr. Hamblin with the residency required to lead a new evolution of best mining practices to help rescue the damages caused to the many river bodies within the country from illegal mining. Mr. Hamblin and his team at Side Equity have taken on the task of developing a needed social responsibility and educational drive to teach and assist the people within the mining sectors of Ghana new methods and technological implementations that improves production yields for the minerals they mine but also protects the environment from being damaged through land reclamation strategies that they have developed.

The main aim of Mr. Hamblins  ambitious journey across Africa spanning from the cities within Angola, the diamond trade sector in South Africa and Sierra Leone, and the beautiful infrastructure development sector in Botswana, and the mining sector in Namibia and Ghana is coming to fruition. Richard holds up his vision to bring a greater awareness of Africa and especially Ghana to the rest of the world through his work at Side Equity and his portfolio company that he manages called Anrico Enterprise LTD.

Fitness/Nutritional Industry Director

Michael Andam

Michael Andam joins Side Equity after successfully developing a brand of nutritional products dedicated to the fitness and wellness of consumers worldwide. A master fitness and wellness trainer at the Training Room in Utah, Michael was Born and raised in Ghana. Growing up in Ghana gave Michael the ambition to aspire for greatness. This innate burning desire drove Michael to begin his entrepreneurial journey.  Michael founded his first fitness training company Zealous Training, and he is still the CEO of the company. He also ventured into writing his first book, The Dome of the Guardians to become a published author.

As a Fitness coach, Michael Co-Founded Genesix Nutirtion, a world class nutritional supplements manufacturing company based out of Utah. He also co-founded Kenneth Boggs suits, a fashion centric tailored suits services provider. Mr. Andam is also credited as a founding member of The Training room in Utah. Michael acquired his Bachelor’s in Economics and Business/Finance from Brigham Young University. Along the way in his 20 years of experience, he has acquired his ISSA certification, Periodized Training for Sport Specification, CPR/AED, and is a certified Personal Trainer. His enthusiasm for Sports and his clear understanding of body mechanics has proven to be a key to his success in the fitness world.

Healthcare Innovations Director

Suriah Shams

Ms. Suriah Shams is a healthcare information technology professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Ms. Shams joins Side Equity with a plethora of information systems data management and information analysis which is a key need at Side Equity. A self-inspired, objective and analytical person who is very insightful and committed to projects at hand, Suriah brings her strengths of purposeful goal achieving dedication which helps her teams assigned objectives get completed. She is teamwork-oriented leader with an active sense of understanding that all team members have to participate in projects to succeed. Her perspective has helped Side Equity improve its resourceful team member contribution in all activities that the advisory fund assigns to her department.

Ms. Shams is excellent in human relations and has great skills in conducting research and data analyses. Ms. Shams currently sits on the Advisory Board of Oicintra Inc., a publicly traded portfolio company of Side Equity that is currently leading the green energy innovative sector with its supply of Lithium Carbonate from its mines to companies producing lithium batteries to power green technology worldwide. 

Ms. Shams is driven, ambitious, and trustworthy with any assignments that she is put in charge of and is a strong member of the operating core of Side Equity.

Prince Tetteh

Kweku Amo-Mensah (Francis) is a thought leader, an entrepreneur and a leader by nature. He is the founder and CEO of NTETSIA; An organization which is founded with the sole vision of eliminating unemployment and its associated risk from the world to foster development and peace for humanity. He is the chairman and founder of the BLUENG CONSULT LTD; an entrepreneurial firm in West Africa-Ghana; formerly E5 Bro Gh Ltd, that seeks to develop innovative ideas and concepts to create sustainable jobs through creativity, professionalism and innovation.

He is also a founding member of the PROFESSIONAL LEADERS AND ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION OF AFRICA which is captioned P.L.E.A-AFRICA; an association with the purpose of: training, grooming and sustaining current and future entrepreneur and transformational leaders in Africa. Prior to this, he has gathered over seven years teaching experience across all of level education up to the university in Ghana.  Kweku is the CEO and co-founder of Big Dreams Properties Ghana Limited; a real estate company which deals in sale and acquisition of genuine lands, buildings and general small-scale construction.

He was an investment banker from Databank; a top-class investment bank in Ghana. He was providing investment advice to clients and managing high net worth clients for the company. Kweku managed over Ghs6,000,000 worth of investments for clients and put a smile on the faces of many.

Recently Kweku was a branch manager for Atlantic Catering and Logistics Ltd, an ISO Certified Catering company specialized in providing nutritious and hygienically prepared meals for ENI, Saipem, WAPCO, and Ghana National Gas Company on the Takoradi-Tema Interconnectivity Project for the government of Ghana; a project which was funded by the World Bank.
