Chanida Puranaputra

Chanida Puranaputra, one of the biggest names in the direct selling and network marketing industry, brings a unique and new perspective that she has built her life serving. She is an entrepreneur, speaker, trainer, top earner, and renowned international leader that has not only experienced success, but has produced it for others. Not only is she a self made millionaire, but Chanida has also trained and produced more MLM millionaires, multimillionaires and industry leaders than anyone before her. Before this, Chanida held the position of Business Development Director for Bangchang Group, a publicly listed company, and established herself among the elite. In 1989-1994 Chanida was the National Sales Director for Primerica Financial Services and was also recognized as Woman of the Year. Prior to this, from 1980-1988, Chanida was part of the hotel management at the New Otani Los Angeles. Nana Asafo Boakye

His Majesty Nana Asafo Boakye III joins Side Equity as an advisory member of the Small to Medium Enterprises team to provide both legal and accounting advice to funded early stage companies and the projects within Side Equity’s portfolio. Legal known as Mr. Samuel Bevell Ackah, Nana brings into the advisory team of Side Equity over 25 years of expertise in the executive management, accounting, and legal corporate governance practices. Before undertaking the task of becoming an advisory member, Nana worked with major enterprises in the maritime and shipping sector, and has been instrumental in the execution of projects in the oil and gas sector of Ghana. He is a lawyer by profession and also holds certification in accounting that makes him a multi valuable asset for the growth of Side Equity.

Before joining Side Equity’s team, Nana served as CEO of Gemini Maritime in Ghana and sits on the board of Payodd, Inc. and Sleek Media Group LTD. Mr. Ackah also is the Monarch and Ruler of Sanzule in the Nzemah Kingdom in Western Ghana where the $7.9 Billion Eni project for their oil and gas production in Ghana is located.

Keith McAllister

Mr. McAllister has an impressive history of successful ventures in the incubation, startup, and growth based business sector. Before becoming a limited partner at Side Equity, Mr. McAllister founded International Oil & Gas Holding Corp. (IOGHC), a mid tier oil and gas company that focused on the development of oil fields in the Western United States of America. His success in the sector pursued by IOGHC endeared him further towards other entrepreneurial ventures which led to the founding of other companies including but not limited to Oicintra, Inc., which is a small cap publicly traded company focused on innovative energy solutions for small to medium enterprise businesses worldwide.

He most recently co-founded Mobile Wireless Security (MWLS), which offered wireless streaming video security solutions. Mr. McAllister orchestrated the market introduction of Mobile Wireless Securities video surveillance system and network products which pioneered the first mobile video surveillance platform in the United States. Further implementation and adaptation of the technology has become synonymous with global security and monitoring code, and is utilized by major corporations and governments worldwide. Prior to co-founding mobile wireless security, Mr. McAllister was president of Entertainment Direct TV, a content development media company which was acquired by Broadband Wireless International Corporation, where he served as co-Chairman and CEO. Mr. McAllister was CEO of Dudley Bernichi Diamonds in Cape Town, South Africa, exporting investment grade diamonds from South Africa to North America from 1998 through 2000.

Mr. McAllister developed his international business experience as a restaurateur and nightclub owner of five properties in Detroit, Toronto and Cape Town before embarking on the journey of supporting young and budding entrepreneurs across Africa and the world. Mr. McAllister attended the University of Wisconsin.

Cuttino Mobley

Cuttino Mobley, also known as the “Cat” by his peers, is a retired American Professional Basketball Player and an advisory member of Side Equity’s incubation projects team. Mr. Mobley has worked with the companies incubation projects management team on the growth of many of the portfolio projects that are currently being built into medium level enterprises. Mr. Mobley after high school attended the University of Rhode Island from 1993 to 1998 where he helped lead the Rams team to an Elite Eight appearance in the 1998 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament and graduated with a degree in communication studies.

He was selected in the second round (41st overall) of the 1998 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. Mobley started at the shooting guard position, where he and Steve Francis formed one of the NBA’s elite scoring backcourts. Mobley was a key in the rebuilding of the franchise. He played with them for six seasons before being shipped to the Orlando Magic along with Steve Francis and Kelvin Cato for Tracy McGrady in the 2004 offseason. After playing 23 games with the Magic, though, he was traded to the Sacramento Kings for Doug Christie. Mobley ranked third in the league in three-point percentage during the 2004–2005 season.

He signed a five-year US$42 million deal with the Clippers on July 14, 2005. Besides being known for his three-point shooting, he also relies heavily on his post-up game. In addition, he also won the Clutch City shootout contest in Houston during his Rockets years. Mobley, along with Sam Cassell and Elton Brand, led the Clippers to the 2006 NBA playoffs. He brings a great level of experience to Side Equity and is contributing to the companies sports portfolio under development.

David West

Mr. David Moorer West is an American retired professional basketball player who played 15 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and is an advisory member of Side Equity’s Start Up Projects team. He played college basketball for the Xavier Musketeers, earning national college player of the year honors from the Associated Press (AP) and United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) as a senior in 2003. West is a two-time NBA All-Star (2008 and 2009) and a two-time NBA champion (2017 and 2018).

In his senior season in high school, West garnered two of the five major college basketball Player of the Year honors, being named AP National Player of the Year and National Player of the Year by the United States Basketball Writers Association. He became the first three-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Year, and was named first-team All-America by the Associated Press in 2002–03. In addition, he became just the third player in Xavier history to surpass 2,000 points and only the second to eclipse 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds, joining Tyrone Hill.

West was drafted by the New Orleans Hornets with the 18th overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft. On December 13, 2011, West signed a two-year, $20 million contract with the Indiana Pacers. On January 12, 2013, West recorded his first career triple-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in the 96-88 win over the Charlotte Bobcats. On July 10, 2013, West re-signed with the Pacers to a three-year, $36.6 million contract. In June 2015, he opted out of his contract with the Pacers to become a free agent and signed with the San Antonio Spurs.

On July 9, 2016, West signed with the Golden State Warriors. West emerged as a key bench player for the Warriors, particularly for his skilled passing abilities. Throughout January and February 2017, West missed 14 games with a non-displaced fracture in his left thumb. On March 29, 2017, West recorded a season-high 15 points and a game-high plus-23 in a large comeback win against the San Antonio Spurs. The Warriors finished the season as the first seed in the West with a 67–15 record. Following a 129–115 victory in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals over the Spurs, the Warriors were undefeated in the first three playoff series, reaching their third straight NBA Finals series. West played in every playoff game, as the Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 4–1 in the 2017 NBA Finals. The Warriors’ 16–1 playoff record was the best ever postseason winning percentage in NBA history.

On July 25, 2017, after winning his first championship ring, West re-signed with the Warriors for one more year with expectations to retire after the 2017–18 season. On January 8, 2018, in a 124–114 win over the Denver Nuggets, West became the 127th player in NBA history to play in 1,000 regular-season games. After reaching that milestone, he noted that he might consider signing again for the 2018–19 season, saying, “It all depends on how my body feels. Right now I feel good.” After winning his second NBA Championship, West announced his retirement from the NBA after 15 seasons on August 30, 2018. Naheem Majid

Mr. Naheem Majid is an LP at Side Equity and has been part of the team that advises the company on its European Investment diversification strategy. Since joining the Side Equity Ventures team, Mr. Majid has been focused on the development of an appliance manufacturing division within the organization and has been instrumental in the initiation of the building of industrial factories within Africa and Asia to meet the vision and ambition of the organizations drive into the consumer goods sector.  He brings a wealth of experience in institutional finance and banking to the organizations advisory board and also manages the industrial partnership acceleration project within Side Equity.

Mr. Majid is leading Side Equity Ventures into new territories in Europe starting with an operating office in the United Kingdom to bring the companies focused real estate agenda into implementation in the booming development sector of London. With attractive property placements on the market within the highly sort after communities within the UK, Mr. Majid has been tasked by the Side Equity real estate portfolio management team to seek opportunities within the sector for review and acquisition. The dedicated team assigned to this drive for presence within Europe and the United Kingdom have entrusted the duties of its portfolio enhancements to Mr. Majid with full confidence in his ability to deliver what the team needs. Duane L. Yost

Mr. Duane L. Yost is an LP at Side Equity and has been part of the team that advises the company on its portfolio diversification. Since 1973, Mr. Yost has worked in every dept. of his family owned office systems dealership, which was rated #1 per capita with 3M Corp., Savin Corp., Ricoh Corp., and Apple corp. in the USA for sales and service.  In the 80’s, he ran a successful leasing company and managed a housing development company as well as a commercial property/building rental until 2008.

From 1986 to 2010, Mr. Yost owned and managed several storage/aircraft hangar rental properties which was an entrepreneurial passion that he grew into a successful business. In 2015 Mr. Yost sold Husky aircraft, which are made for backcountry flying.  Since 1992 he has personally logged over 2000 hours total flight time in piston engine aircraft, turbine aircraft, and private jets. At present he flies both of his company airplanes around the western US.

In 2005 Duane set up a charitable foundation, which be says brings him the most satisfaction of any project he has ever been involved in! He believes very strongly in giving back and helping those who are less fortunate.  2009-2011 he took compassion in working on a project to teach farming and worked on a school feeding program for Ghana, West Africa.

In 2011 to 2013 his love of Ghana led him to engage and work with His Majesty Dr. Nana Sanzule Manwere Andam I on a real estate project in Ghana for the development of low-income housing. From 2016 to present Duane has been working as the national/international sales director as well as new product testing and R&D, for Andersen Manufacturing, which builds premier towing products, leveling systems, and accessories for the RV industry.  His immense entrepreneurial background coupled with his years of experience in business strategy and development for incubation and startup companies brings major value to Side Equity.
