Our Andam Fresh vegetables processing and drying factory will focus on the organic produce sector that has garnered high demand worldwide. Ghana produce are natural and organic and so setting up the factory and processing such fruits will provide us with a strong market demand from international consumers and retail companies looking for fresh dried produce to sell to the ever-demanding organic consumer. We are going to also target the 70% vegetable producing farmers whose produce rot because of the lack of buyers and over productions with less demand. We will become a primary source of revenue to them because of our factories ability to take such produce and create value out of them.
